A little bit more about me.
I trained as a psychologist in psychodynamic psychotherapy within the Queensland University of Technology's Clinical Psychology postgraduate program. Over the years, I have continued to train and expand my therapeutic skills in cognitive and behavioural therapies, somatic-based therapies, and trauma-informed approaches. I regularly undertake psychodynamic supervision, engage in peer clinical supervision, and maintain my skills and knowledge by attending professional development training.

I am also currently training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and beginning to integrate this into my practice. Additional interests include working with dreams and nightmares, understanding the brain and neuroscience.
