A little bit more about me.
I completed my education as a psychologist through the Clinical Psychology postgraduate program at Queensland University of Technology, during which I also undertook the psychodynamic psychotherapy training program. Over the years, I have continued to train and expand my therapeutic skills in complimentary therapeutic modalities that involve somatic-based, cognitive and behavioural therapies as well as attachment and trauma-informed approaches. I regularly undertake psychodynamic supervision, engage in peer clinical supervision, and maintain my skills and knowledge by attending professional development training. Additional interests include working with dreams, nightmares, and understanding the brain and neuroscience.
