Individual therapy fees.
Initial Therapy Session:
50 min. $250
$108.15 (with Medicare Rebate)
Subsequent Therapy Sessions:
50 min. $240
$98.15 (with Medicare Rebate)
Sliding Scale:
Reduced rate places for individuals with limited financial means are available. You are welcome to enquire and add your name to the waitlist.
Medicare rebates.
You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $141.85 per session (up to 10 sessions annually) under the Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. To access this, you’ll need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.
After the rebate, the gap fee is $108.15 for the first session and $98.15 for subsequent sessions. After 6 sessions, you must return to your GP for a review to qualify for an additional 4 sessions.
Insurance providers.
Private Health Insurance:
Most private health insurers are accepted. Please check with your provider for eligibility. You’ll need to pay in full upfront and claim directly. A receipt will be provided.
Insurance Providers:
Sessions funded by an insurance provider will be billed at the standard rate set by the insurer. Please provide invoicing details, and I will bill the insurance provider directly.
NDIS.
Session fees are based on the 2024-2025 NDIS pricing arrangements.
NDIS Plan-Managed: Provide invoicing details before therapy, and I will invoice your My Plan Manager directly.
NDIS Self-Managed: Full payment is required upfront, and I will provide a receipt for your NDIS claim.
Cancellation policy.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows incur the full fee.
Cancellation fees are not claimable through Medicare or private health insurance.
Referrals.
No referral is needed for therapy sessions. However, to access a Medicare rebate, you'll need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP or specialist.
