​Sliding Scale:
It is important to me that individuals impacted by financial hardship are able to access therapeutic support during challenging times.
​
I offer reduced rates and Bulk Billing to eligible clients experiencing significant financial hardship and/or holding a healthcare card. These reduced-rate places are limited; you are welcome to enquire and add your name to the waitlist.
Medicare rebates.
Please note that you may be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate of $141.85 per session (up to 10 per calendar year) under the Australian Government's Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. To access this Medicare rebate, you will need to obtain a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.
After the rebate, the gap fee payable by you for an initial therapy session is $98.15, and for subsequent therapy sessions, it is $88.15.
You will need to return to your GP for a review after 6 sessions to be eligible for the additional block of 4 sessions.
Insurance providers.
Private Health Insurance:
Most private health insurance is accepted. Please contact your private health insurer to check your eligibility. Payment through private health insurance will need to be made by you in full, and then claimed directly with your provider. I will provide a receipt upon payment.

Insurance Providers:
Sessions funded by an insurance provider will be billed at the standard rate set by the insurer.

Please provide invoicing details, and I will bill the insurance provider directly.
NDIS.
Session fees are charged at the standard rate set by the 2024 -2025 NDIS pricing arrangements.
NDIS Plan-Managed: please provide invoicing details prior to commencement of therapy and I will invoice NDIS My Plan Manager directly.
NDIS Self-Managed: Full payment is required by the client, I will provide a receipt at payment to assist with the NDIS claim.
Cancellation policy.
Please inform me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. This provides enough time for clients on the waitlist to book and attend the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations or non-attendance will incur the full fee.

Please note that cancellation fees are not claimable under Medicare or private health insurance.
Referrals.
You do not need a referral to access therapy sessions. However, if you are seeking a Medicare rebate, you will need to obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP or specialist.
